JD7PipeScan+™

The PipeScan+ is an internal NDT system, which is designed to be inserted through Air Valves or pressure points with an internal diameter of 47mm and upwards. The systems are focussed to achieve wall thickness readings within all pipe sizes, including Cast Iron pipework. The system uses the water within the pipe as the coupling, allowing multiple readings to be performed. The system incorporates limit sensors, which ensure precise positioning for wall thickness measurements. Maximum operating pressure is 16 bar.
